Details captured · Team notified
When the crew is out working

Give each supported inquiry a clear next step.

A new call can arrive while everyone's on a job. Your AI front desk captures the information your team needs, then follows the rules you approve for booking or human follow-up.

01

Capture the essentials

Collect the caller's contact details, job type, service area, urgency, and preferred time.

02

Use your approved answers

Share routine business information from sources you provide and approve.

03

Bring in a person

Route urgent, unclear, sensitive, or out-of-scope requests to your chosen contact.

Your rules stay in control

Automation for intake. People for judgment.

Before a pilot starts, we agree on what the assistant can answer, what it must hand off, when your team is available, and how success will be measured.

  • No invented prices or arrival promises
  • No diagnosis or safety assurances
  • Human handoff for exceptions
  • Limited pilot scope with a review each week
Start with one channel and one workflow. See how it works for your team before expanding.

Questions

Know what to expect.

Does the assistant replace our office team?

No. It handles a defined intake workflow and routes exceptions to your team.

Can it book directly into our calendar?

Only when your system supports it and you approve the exact booking rules and permissions. A pilot can begin with appointment requests instead.

What if it does not know an answer?

It should say it cannot confirm and route the request to your designated person.

How much does a pilot cost?

Pilot pricing is being tested from $500 setup plus $399 for the first 30 days. Final scope and any usage costs are confirmed before work begins.
